OPINION ON MOTION TO CONFIRM SALE
Presently before the court is Maria Tankenson Hodge, Esq. and Nancy D'Anna, Esq.'s Motion for Order Confirming Sale. For the reasons set forth below, the court will grant the motion.
I. Background
On May 7, 1996, the United States Marshal for the District of the Virgin Islands conducted a sale of property of four acres of land on the East End of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
