After a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of possession of a firearm without a firearm identification (FID) card, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and unlawful possession of class B, C, and D substances. On appeal the defendant challenges the denial of his motion to suppress, arguing that the search warrant affidavit did not establish probable cause to search his home.
