Automobile Warranty Corp. (AWC), judgment debtor, appeals from the trial court’s order denying its motion to stay enforcement of a foreign judgment against it and in favor of Dependable Insurance Co. and Dependable Warranty Co., Inc. (Dependable), judgment creditors. We affirm.

Dependable obtained a money judgment against AWC and others in a Florida state court on June 1, 1989. On June 9, AWC filed a timely notice of appeal in a Florida state appeals court, but did not ask for a stay of execution or provide a supersedeas bond. On June 14, a writ of execution issued…
