Kirby, J.,

(after stating the facts). The chancellor correctly held the transaction to be an Oklahoma contract and governed by the laws of that State. The application for the loan was made through the representative at Conway, Arkansas, of the F. B. Collins Investment Company of Oklahoma City, where it was approved and the papers evidencing the loan and mortgage securing same were prepared, the notes and bonds bearing date of that place. The papers were forwarded to Conway, Arkansas, where they were executed by Smith and wife, and .returned to the investment company in Oklahoma City, which…
