Appellant appeals from his conviction of burglary.

1. Appellant urges that his warrantless arrest was illegal and that his motion to suppress evidence seized as the result of his illegal arrest was erroneously denied.

The relevant facts are as follows: At approximately 3:30 a.m. appellant’s stepfather presented himself at the police station.
