The Defendants below, David Chessler and several companies he'either owns or controls, filed a petition.for writ of certio-rari to quash a non-final order, disqualifying their counsel, Richard J. McIntyre, and his law firm based on a conflict of interest. We deny the petition for writ of certiorari because the Defendants failed to meet the high standard for certiorari review.
