MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.
Mastercraft Graphics, Inc. (the debtor) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 on October 17, 1991. The case was converted to a case under Chapter 7 by order entered on January 28, 1992, and Marika Tolz was appointed trustee. On July 14, 1992, the trustee commenced this adversary proceeding against Signal Capital Corporation (Signal) to recover certain alleged preferential transfers made within one year of the petition date.
