The original bill was filed by the appellees, judgment creditors of the Cloverdale Land & Development Company, a corporation, on behalf of themselves and all other creditors of the corporation; and the defendants are the corporation, the stockholders thereof, and the holders of the first mortgage bonds issued by the corporation. The allegations of the bill, so far as the assignments of error insisted upon in the argument of counsel for the appellants render it necessary to consider them, are, that the corporation was organized in 1892, purporting to have a capital stock of $350,000, divided…
