For over a decade, Collins Ink Corporation (“Collins”), had a contract with Eastman Kodak Company (“Kodak”) to supply ink for use in Kodak’s commercial inkjet printers, including the Versamark line of printers. The most recent three-year Agreement, effective December 15, 2008, was in effect when Collins’ President, Lawrence Gamblin, wrote to Kodak personnel on October 10, 2011 (Ex.
