This suit was instituted by appellants, as the heirs' of W. J. Dobbs, deceased, for recovery under the provisions of an accident insurance policy issued by appellee to W. J. Dobbs in his lifetime. The policy, which was made a part of appellants’ petition, insured Dobbs against the results of certain specified bodily injuries effected through external, violent, and accidental means, exclusive of and independent of all other causes. The policy contained numerous specific exemptions, and with reference to these it was agreed that the benefits stipulated in the policy should not extend to them.…
