Plaintiff-appellant Shelley K. Cole (Cole) appeals from a judgment of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in a patent infringement case, Cole v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., No. CIV .93-2010 (D. Ariz. filed 27 July 1995). The district court entered the judgment against Cole following its grant of a summary judgment motion by defendant-appellee Kimberly-Clark Corporation (K-C).
