In this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), Plaintiffs brought suit for the improper denial of pension benefits under Defendant Advest, Inc.’s Account Executive Nonqualified Defined Benefit Plan (the “AE Plan” or “Plan”).
