The two principal questions of fact presented are as to the negligence of appellant and of appellee. In our opinion, the evidence shows negligence on the part of appellant. To change the condition of the floor by removing some of the planks across the pit without warning appellee of such change may reasonably be considered negligence, and the evidence shown by the record warranted the jury, we think, in finding appellant guilty of negligence.
