The principal question raised by defendant’s counsel, and the one upon which all the questions of law and of fact depend, is involved in the consideration of whether the findings are contrary to the evidence. A determination of this issue involves an analysis and consideration of all of the facts and circumstances detailed in the evidence, the existing physical facts, the relationship of Gehl and the defendant to each other, and the mutual relationship between each of them and the plaintiff.
