Heard on July 17, 1990 on the Motion of the Rouse Company 1 , (“Rouse”), for an order directing the debtor to perform certain obligations pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(3), to wit: payment of postpetition rent, late charges, attorneys’ fees and costs. The debtor operates a chain of women’s high quality retail clothing stores located throughout the Eastern states, and concentrated in New England.
