—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by *587their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Barasch, J.), dated September 28, 2000, as denied their motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability under Labor Law § 240 (1) and § 241 (6).

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the motion is granted.
