William Ross Hevell, the appellant, sued the Baltimore Transit Company and Charles H. Alexander for personal injuries which he alleges to have been done to him by the negligence of the defendants.
The appellant, on the evening of March 25th, 1936, boarded the car of the Baltimore Transit Company at the comer of Baltimore and Holliday Streets, as was his custom, and proceeded to the Bel Air Road, and then northwestwardly to Cliftmont Avenue, on which he resided.
