GREENE, Judge.
Defendant David E. Rezabek was charged in separate informations with the crimes of first degree robbery and attempted murder of Mae Obrecht. The two charges were consolidated for trial. On February 3, 1978, defendant was convicted, after trial by jury in the Circuit Court of Greene County, of the crime of robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, and was thereafter sentenced to a term of 50 years imprisonment by the trial court, in accordance with the jury verdict.
