—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hentel, J.), rendered February 26, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
*984Judgment affirmed.
After the arrest of defendant, who spoke only Spanish, he had a conversation with an Assistant District Attorney with the aid of an interpreter. That conversation, including the interpreter’s translations, was tape recorded.
