| TEugene Thomas III was convicted by an Ashley County Circuit Court jury of aggravated robbery and commercial burglary. He was sentenced to twenty years’ imprisonment for the aggravated-robbery conviction and five years’ imprisonment for the commercial-burglary conviction, to be served concurrently.
