This is an appeal by plaintiff from a jury verdict of no cause of action and the trial judge’s subsequent denial of plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.
On June 9, 1965, plaintiff’s decedent was involved in an automobile accident on tlie Edsel Ford Freeway in tlie City of Detroit. Tlie deceased’s car struck a truck owned by defendant. The truck was parked in the leftmost lane of the eastbound freeway.
