¶ 44. The Hancock Country Chancery Court granted Stacy Carambat’s divorce from her husband, James Carambat, on the ground that he was a habitual and excessive user of opium, morphine, or other like drug,10 where the drug in question was marihuana. This Court has never found this ground for divorce to be satisfied by marihuana use alone; nor, indeed, has any appellate court in the United States.
