On August 21, 2001, Amy Greif (“Greif’ or the “plaintiff’) commenced this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated against the law firm Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP CWEMED” or the “defendant”), alleging three separate violations under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq.
