Affirming.

Some time prior to April 6, 1933, the estate of John B. Thompson, deceased, recovered judgment against Mrs. Georgia Bedford and her nephew, H. Stites Milton, for the sum of $134,756.70, and for the return of two Liberty bonds, and defendants prosecuted an appeal to this court. Since the judgment was not superseded, the administrator caused an execution to issue which was levied upon certain real and personal property of defendant's. The sum of $70,000 was realized from a sale of the property levied upon.
