This is an appeal by Mrs. Shirley Pry from a judgment of the Miller County Circuit Court directing a jury verdict for the appellee-defendant, Dr. John Walter Jones, in a medical malpractice suit brought by Mrs. Pry.

The facts appear as follows: The appellant Mrs. Pry underwent surgery in a Texarkana hospital for the removal of a cyst from her right ovary. The condition was diagnosed and the surgery performed by Dr. Jones.
