This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Sidney L. Brown.

From the petition it appears that plaintiff had a judgment against a defendant, Walter Sweigert, her former husband, on which there was a balance due. Other defendants were holders of mortgages on chattel property of Sweigert, upon which plaintiff had caused a paper levy to be made.
