This is a disciplinary proceeding under the provisions of SDCL ch. 16-19 against Fredric F. Hendrickson (Hendrickson), a member of the State Bar of South Dakota (Bar). Hendrickson was admitted to practice before the Bar of this state on August 16, 1962. In addition to engaging in the private practice of law, Hendrickson entered into various entrepreneurial ventures, eventually involving himself in American Energy Farming Systems, Inc.
