Defendant-appellant Locklayer was tried by jury and convicted of possession of narcotic drugs, sale of narcotic drugs, and possession of a device used in smoking a dangerous drug. His appeal presents three issues for review:(1) Whether the trial court erred in overruling his Motion to Suppress.(2) Whether there was a break in the chain of custody of certain items admitted into evidence.(3) Whether the jury verdict was supported by sufficient evidence.
