This otherwise unremarkable case raises an interesting issue of federal jurisdiction.
On April 17,1998, pilot Anthony Caballero, with the help of the New York City Police, expelled plaintiff Schaeffer from Trans States Airlines flight 7669 following a dispute over plaintiffs carry-on luggage.
