STALEY, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal by defendant American Motors Sales Corporation from a judgment of the district court entered upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff. David H. Garvin. Plaintiff brought suit under the Automobile Dealers Day in Court Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1221-1225, and was awarded damages for defendant’s refusal to renew his automobile franchise.
