Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Mogil, J.), rendered April 16, 1992, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle with improper license plates, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a certificate of inspection, and operating a motor vehicle without being restrained by a safety belt, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
