MEMORANDUM
EDUARDO C. ROBRENO, District Judge.
Before the court is a Criminal Justice Act (“CJA”) voucher of Jerry S. Goldman, Esq., who represented defendant Jeffrey Johnson in this case. On December 20, 2000, defendant Johnson was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base, commonly known as crack, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Defendant was later sentenced to 360 months incarceration. Following the sentencing, Mr. Goldman submitted a CJA voucher, seeking fees and costs in the amount of $42,038.02.
