The petitioner, Oscar L. Ledbetter, Jr., appeals from the denial by a single justice of this court of his petitions seeking credit for time spent in custody *1008while awaiting trial on certain criminal charges, and for a variety of other relief. We affirm.
While on probation for an assault and battery conviction in the District Court, Ledbetter was arrested, arraigned, and subsequently indicted on various drug charges.
