Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Howard G. Lane, J.), dated February 17, 2016. The order, insofar as appealed from, upon a decision of that court dated October 13, 2015, granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint insofar as asserted against the defendants Safraz Alii and Bibi Shameena Alii and for an order of reference.
