James Gray died testate in 1904, a citizen and resident of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, leav ing, as his sole surviving heirs at law, his widow, Margaret M. Gray, and his daughter, the appellee Margaret Gray Patterson. By his will, he established a trust in the residue of his estate, the entire net income of which was to be paid to his widow and his daughter, and the ■survivor of them, during their lives.
