SMITH, Judge.

Defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court, sitting without a jury, awarding plaintiff $65,833.47 plus interest in a breach of contract case. We affirm.

Plaintiff and defendant are sister and brother. Prior to 1970 they planned the opening of a nursing home in Perry County. Although the record does not specifically indicate their respective responsibilities one can reasonably infer that plaintiff would supply the expertise and leg-work and defendant would provide the money.
