Error is assigned because it is claimed the court by the judgment reversed the entire action by the board of review. This contention seems to be based upon a *177misconception of the holding of the trial court. The only-matter treated in the judgment is the assessment relating to improvements upon the land. After setting forth the facts and the evidence in relation thereto, the court determined and adjudged “that the said action of the said board of review be and is hereby reversed and annulled.” This can refer to nothing but the action of the board increasing the assessment on the improvements…
