STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Virginia Ferrell appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Duneseape Beach Club Condominiums Phase I, Inc. ("'Dunescape") on its claims for declaratory and injunctive relief.

We affirm.
