Defendant Tony Godines-Lupian (“Go-dines”) was indicted by a Grand Jury in the District of Puerto Rico, and charged in two counts with violating Title 21 U.S.C. secs. 841, 843 and 846. The indictment charges that from on or about 2010, in the Districts of Puerto Rico, California and Florida, as well as in Mexico, Godines and twenty seven (27) other individuals conspired to possess with intent to distribute in excess of 1000 kilograms of marijuana.
