MOSMAN, District Judge.
Appellee Valerie DeGroot filed a Chapter Seven bankruptcy petition in April 2004, and in April 2005, the bankruptcy court discharged several of her debts. At issue is the discharge of her student loan. The bankruptcy court discharged the student loan finding repayment would impose an undue burden on Ms. DeGroot. The appellant, Educational Credit Management Corp. (“Educational Credit”), is a private, non-profit loan guaranty agency participating in the Federal Family Education Loan Program.
