for the Court:
¶ 1. In 2007, William Tedder pleaded guilty in the Madison County Circuit Court to four counts of aggravated assault on a law-enforcement officer and one count of felony evasion. In exchange for the State dropping the felony-evasion charge, Tedder agreed to plead guilty to the remaining four counts of aggravated assault on a law-enforcement officer.
