The sole question in this case is whether the plaintiff, claiming under a parol gift from her father, accompanied by seven years possession, in her ejectment suit against a subsequent vendee of her father, must show actual possession of the land in dispute, or whether she can rely on actual possession of some part of the premises, with resultant constructive possession of the *306remainder.
