Jerome Barnes (Barnes) appeals the Judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, the Honorable Mark H. Neill, presiding. A jury convicted Jerome Barnes of First-Degree Robbery, Armed Criminal Action, Second-Degree Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Resisting Arrest. He was sentenced as a prior offender to twenty years for robbery, five years each for criminal action, trafficking in the second degree, and possession of a controlled substance, and four years for resisting arrest, with all sentences to run concurrently.
