HARRIS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction of delivery of a controlled substance in violation of § 204.401(1), The Code. Defendant’s two assignments challenge trial court rulings admitting evidence. We affirm the trial court.

Steven Wayne Hill (defendant) was charged as a result of his actions on February 26, 1975. Two special agents assigned to narcotics and drug enforcement (Wilbur and Grassman) and two confidential informants went to a Des Moines residence in an attempt to purchase LSD.
