Stella May Nordmark sustained injuries, in the course of her employment, resulting in her death, and left to survive her a husband, not dependent on her for support, and six minor children, under the age of sixteen years. The husband filed a petition for compensation in behalf of the six children, making no claim for himself. The referee found that the husband had been for some time, and was at the time of the hearing, employed in a silk mill, earning about $40 per week, and had always supported and maintained his wife and children; that about May 11,1930, he was…
