This is an appeal from the judgment of the court below deciding against the plaintiff the questions of law raised by the affidavit of defense. The plaintiff, who is the widow of John Hirko, sued the Coroner of Luzerne County in an action of trespass to recover damages upon the allegation that the Coroner,improperly authorized and directed an autopsy to be performed upon- the body of her husband.
