Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Clinton County) to review a determination of respondent which, inter alia, revoked petitioners’ liquor license.

Petitioners were cited by respondent for permitting Brownell’s Grill (hereinafter the bar) to become disorderly by suffering the occurrence of noise on July 30, 1993 and August 8, 1993 which adversely affected the health and welfare of neighboring inhabitants in violation of Alcoholic Beverage Control Law § 106 (6).
