Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered *958June 20, 1975, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion, without costs and without disbursements, to permit the service of a second amended complaint in the form proposed attached to the plaintiffs motion, and the defendant is permitted to continue the suspended examinations before trial of the plaintiff and his wife upon the basis of said second amended complaint, and otherwise affirmed.
