Kenneth Ogbin was indicted in the circuit court of Sangamon county for the crime of robbery while armed. He was tried by a jury, convicted, and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary. Before judgment was entered, a motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial was filed, which motion was denied on February 20, 1937. On April 19, 1937, the defendant filed his motion to set aside the judgment and sentence and to grant a new trial.
