1Per curiam

{¶ 1} On July 12, 2001, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, filed a multicount complaint against respondent, Stephen P. Ames, Attorney Registration No. 0023444, charging numerous violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. A panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline heard the cause and prepared findings of fact and conclusions of law. The panel found no *182misconduct as to the second Count IV1 and Count V. Consequently, we relate only those findings and conclusions germane to the violations that respondent was found to have committed in the remaining counts.
